Annual meeting just got jolly!
15th Annual Statewide Meeting
December 11, 2021
In addition to the planned educational sessions, we will have some holiday festivities for you and your family. You will have the opportunity to meet new families, staff, and board members and reconnect with families you have not seen for some time! The Annual Meeting is an opportunity to gather and learn about new products and treatment options becoming available. We hope that this educational program can help you gain knowledge of products and services that are offered to help enhance your quality of life.
Participation is strictly reserved for members of the bleeding disorder community and their immediate family members (spouse/children) living in the same household. Registrations will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Extended family members will be placed on a wait list.
Check-in will begin at 8am, the meetings will begin at 9:45am and end at 4:00pm. Exhibit booths will be open 8:00am-5:00pm. (Times are subject to change.)
Childcare will be provided for children 12 and under, space is limited. Children 13 and older are encouraged to attend sessions.
The safety and well-being of our community is our priority. As you know, COVID guidelines and recommendations change rapidly, we will continue to monitor updates from the CDC and the State of Arizona. As we get closer to the Annual Meeting, we will update attendees on guidelines being followed for an in person event.
Join us for a day full of education and interaction with our community and local specialty pharmacies. Learn how to navigate your insurance, prepare your family for an emergency and knowing your legal rights as someone with a bleeding disorder. All families who attend the entire program will receive a special event box (mailed after program is completed). Attendees will also be entered into our raffle!
Thank you to those of you who attended this year’s program!
This event has been postponed.
Join us for our vWD Summit. The vWD Summit will provide education specific to von Willebrands Disease, the most common bleeding disorder, and connect those affected statewide. The summit is open to patients and caregivers in Arizona.
